Greetings and welcome to my website. I am a licensed Massage Therapist for the state of California. I have been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. I have previously worked for Chiropractic clinics, a physical therapy clinic and massage Envy Franchise. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business. I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Divinity and a PhD in Natural Health.

I am passionate about helping you to make lifestyle changes through massage, fitness and other holistic approaches. My special passion is in working with athletes, particularly runners. I have completed multiple marathons and plan to complete all 50 states and some countries within the next two years. I know first hand what it takes to train and perform at your best. Massage can be used as a maintainence tool to help athletes in prevention and performing at their peak.

I have provided chair massage at corporate offices, health & wellness events, sporting events and private parties.
